Conditions

At Live Consciously, we understand that diagnoses can help describe a person’s experience, but they do not define who they are. We believe people are more than symptoms, labels, or diagnoses.

We support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, ADHD, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, chronic stress, and other mental health concerns.

While symptoms matter, our focus is not simply on managing them. We also help clients become curious about what may be contributing to what they are experiencing. Emotional and behavioral patterns can be influenced by many things, including past experiences, relationships, chronic stress, trauma, life transitions, learned coping strategies, and the ways the mind and body have adapted over time. Understanding these connections can help us move beyond what is happening on the surface and begin exploring what may be underneath.

Through trauma-informed, mind-body therapy, we help clients develop greater awareness of these connections, understand the deeper roots of their struggles, build emotional and nervous system regulation, and create healthier patterns that support the life they want to live today.
