  • Do you offer online therapy in Texas?

    Yes. Live Consciously provides online therapy services to clients across Texas. All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Who do you work with?

    We work with adults seeking trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally responsive care. Our therapists support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, childhood trauma, generational trauma, and life transitions.

  • Do you work with BIPOC and neurodivergent clients?

    Yes. Our practice is intentionally inclusive and affirming. Many of our therapists specialize in working with BIPOC communities and neurodivergent individuals and understand how identity, culture, and lived experiences impact mental health.

  • What types of therapy do you offer?

    Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and mind-body approaches, EMDR, and nervous system–informed care. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes. We currently accept Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna. We also offer self-pay options.

  • Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

    Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments, based on therapist availability.

  • How do I get started?
