Therapist | Trauma-Informed Care Specialist

I am Michah S. Carney, LMSW, a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through their unique journeys of healing and personal growth. I understand the complexities and challenges of the human experience, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. As a trauma-informed clinician, I honor the impact that past experiences can have on your present life and approach our work together with sensitivity, intention, and deep respect for your story. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and thrive, no matter what obstacles they face, and my goal is to help you navigate your path with care and intention.

My approach to therapy is deeply personal and tailored to your unique needs. I am especially passionate about supporting teens and adolescents as they navigate the challenges, pressures, and transitions that come with adolescence. I find great meaning in helping them build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness. Whether you are dealing with emotional pain, trauma, mental health struggles, or challenges in your relationships, I am here to walk alongside you and provide the support and tools you need to overcome those difficulties. Together, we will work toward building resilience, finding clarity, and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
