Therapy Services
At Live Consciously, we provide trauma-informed virtual therapy for adolescents and adults across Texas. Our clinicians support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, childhood wounds, attachment wounds, grief, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Through compassionate, mind-body therapy, we help clients better understand themselves, heal at the root, and reconnect with who they truly are. We believe people are more than diagnoses, and that meaningful healing begins with understanding rather than judgment.
We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations and accept Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, depending on clinician participation and coverage. Self-pay sessions start at $105.
Wherever you are in your healing journey, our team is here to help. Complete our intake form to be matched with a therapist who fits your needs and begin the process of reconnecting with yourself, healing at the root, and creating meaningful change.
Speaking Engagements & Training with Alexandrea Long, LCSW-S
As a trauma-informed therapist, speaker, and founder of Live Consciously, I provide workshops, trainings, presentations, and podcast appearances focused on mental health, trauma, nervous system healing, emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.
My work blends neuroscience, trauma-informed care, mind-body healing, psychospiritual exploration, and depth-oriented perspectives to help audiences better understand themselves and the human experience. Topics may include trauma and the nervous system, childhood wounds, inner child work, shadow work, authenticity, emotional healing, resilience, and the ways our past experiences continue to shape our present lives.
Through engaging and thought-provoking presentations, I help audiences develop greater awareness, deepen their understanding, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. My goal is to make complex concepts accessible, relatable, and transformative while offering practical tools that support lasting growth and change.
Whether you're looking for a speaker, trainer, workshop facilitator, or podcast guest, I would be honored to collaborate and create a meaningful experience for your audience.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy & Psychedelic Integration
At Live Consciously, we believe healing involves both the mind and the body. For some individuals, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration can offer powerful opportunities for deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and transformation.
We provide psychedelic integration and harm reduction support for individuals seeking a safe, trauma-informed space to process and make meaning of experiences with ketamine, plant medicines, and other psychedelics. Our approach is grounded in nervous system awareness, self-exploration, and helping clients integrate insights into lasting change.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines ketamine with psychotherapy to help individuals explore patterns, process emotional wounds, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, this work can support greater awareness, healing, authenticity, and a stronger connection to self.
Whether you are seeking integration support or exploring whether ketamine-assisted psychotherapy may be right for you, we welcome the opportunity to help you determine if this path aligns with your healing journey.
NASW Board Approved Supervision
At Live Consciously, we believe becoming a therapist is about more than accumulating hours, it is about developing the awareness, confidence, clinical skills, and authenticity needed to support meaningful healing in others.
We provide board-approved clinical supervision for LMSWs pursuing clinical licensure in Texas. Rooted in trauma-informed, mind-body approaches, our supervision helps clinicians deepen their understanding of trauma, the nervous system, human behavior, and the therapeutic relationship while developing their own authentic clinical style.
Our supervision draws from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, ACT, attachment theory, mindfulness, inner child work, and psychedelic integration. Through case consultation, skill development, and reflective learning, supervisees gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of the healing process.
More than teaching clinicians what to do, we help them develop a trauma-informed lens, strengthen their clinical confidence, and better understand the deeper roots of human suffering.
We welcome LMSWs who are passionate about lifelong learning, trauma-informed care, and helping others move beyond survival and come home to themselves.
